I jedni i drugi imaju sna\u017ena stajali\u0161ta oko njenog kori\u0161tenja. Soja je jedna od popularnih namirnica, stoga smo istra\u017eili neke od osnovnih pitanja i konfuzija koja se omotavaju oko ovog skromnog zrna. Saznajte koje su to 3 istine i zablude o soji.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>1. Je li soja dobar izvor proteina?\u00a0<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sjemenke soje sadr\u017eavaju kompletni <strong>protein<\/strong> u sebi, \u0161to zna\u010di da sadr\u017eavaju sve esencijalne <strong>aminokiseline<\/strong> koje dobivamo iz hrane, a koje tijelo ne mo\u017ee samostalno proizvesti.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jedna \u0161alica kuhane soje sadr\u017ei oko 22 grama proteina, gotovo jednako kao i jedan mesni odrezak.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h5><b>2. Je li soja genetski modificirana?<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iako nije dokazano da GMO soja ima negativnih zdravstvenih posljedica, mo\u017eemo razumjeti zabrinutost ljudi za\u0161to ne \u017eele uklju\u010diti genetski modificirane proizvode u svoju prehranu. No, postoji<strong> organska soja<\/strong> koja je dostupna svima, stoga je na\u0161a preporuka koristiti organsku soju koliko je god to mogu\u0107e.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za one koji nisu na <strong>biljnoj prehrani<\/strong> (veganskoj prehrani) i zabrinuti su za konzumaciju genetski modificirane hrane, bilo bi vrijedno razmisliti postoji li na\u010din da se testira meso na prisustvo GMO-a. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010cinjenica je da, kada se \u017eivotinje hrane s GMO sojom, one na kraju krajeva, zavr\u0161avaju u \u017eivotinjskom mesu, jajima i mlijeku.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>3. Kakvo je sojino mlijeko u usporedbi s kravljim mlijekom?<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kravlje mlijeko je glavni izvor <strong>estrogena<\/strong> u prosje\u010dnoj prehrani, a kako se kravlje mlijeko uzima dok je kravica trudna i doji, razina estrogena je zna\u010dajno vi\u0161a.
